The Portal ContainerOnlineShop.com is a marked place where containers, subsequently called "commodity" can be offered and purchased. The containers are maintained, ready for use, wind and water proof and they are equipped with a CSC-badge which is valid for at least 12 month. The provider of the portal (subsequently called "operating company") puts an information plattform on the disposal of the user; the trade agreement will be made between the supplier and the purchaser.

§2. Registration

The user has to be registered to using the portal. The registration is free of charge and will be enlisted by entry of all necessity data into the registration form by agreeing the GTB. Together with the registration the user chooses a code word, the user’s name will be handed out by the portal. If the user wants to sell his commodity, he has to contact the operating company. After a positive result of the checkup the user will receive a user’s name and a code word, so he can display his commodity for sale online. The access to the portal is only possible for juristic persons and for natural persons having legal capacity.The contract can be cancelled at any time by both partners. The vendor agrees to display the offered commodity online, to quote the prices and to maintain it. It is the vendor’s sole responsibility to quote the prices and to guarantee the quality of the specific commodity.  If the commodity has been sold by using other sales methods, it has to be removed from the portal immediately. If this agreement will be repeatedly neglected, the operating company has the right to exclude the vendor from the portal at any time.

The operating company agrees not to transfer provided data to third parties. The operating company is not liable for soft- and hardware defects. The portal and the commodity displayed on it will be provided without assurance in relation to availability and quality.

§5. Reservation of proprietary rights

The operating company reserves the right to change the GTB at any time without explaining the reasons. The altered terms will be published in the portal and pass for accepted if the user does not contradict expressly. As far as one of the assignments of the GTB becomes void, all the other regulations will not be affected by that. The void assignment can be replaced by another one, which is economically equivalent to it. The same is true for any gaps of regulation.
